The museum displays a permanent exhibition of Marcel Janco's works. Moreover, the museum holds about 20 changing exhibitions annually: in the galleries spaces; in the passages and other alternative spaces; and in the Pit – a real pit dug under the museum foundations, where changing video exhibitions take place. Most of the artistic work focuses on subjects related to modern avant-garde art, installations, video exhibitions and special projects. Most projects are accompanied by catalogues.
Unique stage productions and performances are also held at the museum, in its spaces and around them, in addition to hosting of concerts and performances, seminars and lectures.
The highlight in the recent years has been the museum's activity in its youth wing, hosting thousands of visitors every year. It consists of various instruction programs, suitable for different age groups and for populations with special needs. Instructions combine activities with guided tour of the exhibitions; Madelaine's Story, dramatized tour around the village; Zura li, children's performance in Marcel Janco's exhibition; visit and games in the village; and creative workshops in collaboration with the village artists.
At the same time, the museum has a program of studies for teaching personnel. Its unique activity center the Ma'abadada (Dadalab), completes the activity combining Dadaist ideas and contemporary art by focusing on didactic solutions.
